The 21st Annual Orange Street ArtsFest convenes adjacent to the Hannah
Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center in historic downtown
Wilmington, NC. The event is the largest arts festival in the Port City
featuring more than 80 artists and $550 in prize money and includes live
entertainment and food from Catch, Poor Piggy’s BBQ, North Carolina
